What is seed & mulch?
It's an application that plants the grass seed directly into the soil and burying them to a specific depth using a special attachment called a seed drill on a tractor. This ensures that the seeds will be distributed evenly. It is typically used on flat areas and cuts hay into the soil which ensures the seed has a better chance of survival.
